Welcome to the services provided by BushyAI! Before using our services, please read and agree to the following terms. This agreement is concluded between you and BushyAI and is legally binding, applicable to all services provided by BushyAI.
1. Service Content
1.1 BushyAI provides artificial intelligence-related services. The specific service content is subject to what BushyAI actually provides.
1.2 BushyAI reserves the right to adjust, add, or reduce service content based on its own business development needs and will notify users through announcements, notifications, and other means.
2. User Registration and Account Management
2.1 Users must complete the registration process provided by BushyAI and provide true, accurate, and complete information. Users should properly keep their accounts and passwords and must not transfer, rent, or lend their accounts to others.
2.2 Users are responsible for all actions taken under their accounts, including but not limited to content posted and operations performed. If users find any abnormal conditions with their accounts, they should promptly notify BushyAI.
2.3 BushyAI has the right to review the registration information provided by users. If it is found that the information provided by users is not true or violates the terms of this agreement, BushyAI has the right to take measures such as restricting use, suspending accounts, or canceling accounts.
3. User Rights and Obligations
3.1 Users have the right to use the services provided by BushyAI in accordance with the terms of this agreement and enjoy the legitimate rights and interests arising from the use of the services.
3.2 Users must comply with laws and regulations and must not use the BushyAI services to engage in any illegal or unlawful activities, including but not limited to posting false information, infringing on others’ intellectual property rights, or disseminating illegal content.
3.3 Users should respect the legitimate rights and interests of others and must not maliciously attack, defame other users or BushyAI, or interfere with the normal operation of BushyAI.
3.4 Users should use the services reasonably in accordance with BushyAI’s requirements and must not engage in malicious activities such as spamming or malicious registration.
4. BushyAI’s Rights and Obligations
4.1 BushyAI has the right to formulate, modify, and enforce service rules and charging standards based on users’ usage and its own business development needs.
4.2 BushyAI has the right to monitor and manage users’ use of the services. If it finds that users have engaged in illegal or unlawful activities or have violated the terms of this agreement, BushyAI has the right to take corresponding measures, including but not limited to warnings, restrictions on use, suspension of accounts, or cancellation of accounts.
4.3 BushyAI shall provide services to users in accordance with the terms of this agreement and ensure the stability and security of the services.
4.4 BushyAI shall strictly keep users’ personal information confidential and must not disclose users’ privacy, except as required by law or with the consent of the users.
5. Intellectual Property
5.1 All content included in the services provided by BushyAI, including but not limited to text, images, audio, video, software, etc., is owned by BushyAI or used with legal authorization.
5.2 The content generated by users during the use of the services is owned by the users. However, users grant BushyAI the right to reasonably use the relevant content within the scope of the services, including but not limited to display, dissemination, and editing.
6. Disclaimer
6.1 Users acknowledge and agree that the services provided by BushyAI are based on artificial intelligence technology and may have certain errors or limitations. BushyAI will endeavor to ensure the accuracy of the services but does not guarantee the absolute accuracy of the service results.
6.2 The risks associated with using the BushyAI services are borne by the users themselves. BushyAI is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the services, including but not limited to data loss, commercial losses, etc.
6.3 BushyAI is not liable for any interruption or inability to use the services due to force majeure or other unforeseeable and unavoidable factors.
7. Modification and Termination of Agreement
7.1 BushyAI reserves the right to modify this agreement based on changes in laws and regulations or business development needs and will notify users through announcements, notifications, and other means. If users continue to use the services, it is considered that they agree to the modified agreement.
7.2 Users have the right to terminate the use of the services provided by BushyAI at any time but must follow the procedures specified by BushyAI to complete the relevant formalities.
7.3 If users violate the terms of this agreement, BushyAI has the right to unilaterally terminate this agreement and reserve the right to pursue the users’ liability for breach of contract.
8. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between the parties regarding the content of this agreement or its implementation, the parties shall first seek to resolve it through friendly consultation. If no agreement can be reached through consultation, either party may bring a lawsuit to the people’s court with jurisdiction over the location of BushyAI.
